📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily maintenance of resort grounds, including lawn care, irrigation, and pest control.
• Learn and apply best practices in landscape and turf management using industry-standard tools like Trimble GPS, ArcGIS, and CADD.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Help with the planning and execution of seasonal projects, such as planting, fertilizing, and pruning.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to grounds maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with the grounds team to ensure the highest standards of grounds care.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and eco-friendly practices in grounds maintenance.
• Support the team in maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of landscape and turf management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Trimble GPS, ArcGIS, and CADD.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
