📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Oracle Financialis.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns using e-Tax.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and tax laws.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on accounting and tax procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in the mining, mineral trading, or shipping industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financialis.
• Certification in tax preparation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
