As a Market Access Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market access strategies that align with Daewoong's vision. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with regulatory bodies, healthcare providers, and distributors to ensure seamless product launches and optimal market penetration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute market access strategies for pharmaceutical and medical devices.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies such as BPOM to ensure compliance and approval of products.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure market readiness and product availability.
• Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage and optimize the distribution network to enhance product accessibility.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to market access.
• Provide training and support to sales teams on market access strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and distributors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access or regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing market access strategies.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with regulatory software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in regulatory affairs or market access would be a plus.
