📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Certification in professional accounting such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful financial management in a healthcare or similar industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
