Credit Retention Officer - Kisaran

PT Mitra Solusi Lelang is seeking a dedicated Credit Retention Officer to join our team in Kisaran, Asahan, Sumatera Utara. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and collection of outstanding amounts.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address any issues and provide support.
• Collaborate with the sales and collection teams to ensure all accounts are in good standing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Use CRM software to track customer interactions and account status.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status and collection progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer retention and financial services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
