📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead community engagement initiatives to gather insights and align development projects with local needs.

• Conduct spatial data analysis using ArcGIS and QGIS to support evidence-based decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geography, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, environmental management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS and QGIS for spatial data analysis.
• Strong understanding of sustainable development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within and outside of Pangkal Pinang.
