📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute repairs and upgrades.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Monitor energy and resource consumption to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of facility activities and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related role.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
