📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, engage, and onboard top-tier live streaming talent for our gaming and social media platforms.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate streamers' skills, personality, and fit with our brand.
• Collaborate with the gaming and social media teams to understand their needs and preferences for streamers.
• Build and maintain relationships with streamers, including contract negotiations and performance reviews.
• Leverage social media platforms and gaming communities to source and recruit potential streamers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live streaming and talent acquisition.
• Provide regular reports and insights on the recruitment process and the performance of our streamers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role within the gaming or social media industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, popular games, and live streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Facebook Gaming).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with streamers.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media analytics tools.
• Familiarity with contract negotiation and performance review processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
