In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students in grades 7-9. You will develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring that each student reaches their full potential. Additionally, you will mentor students in problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning, preparing them for future academic and professional challenges.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students in grades 7-9.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor students in problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in mathematics teaching.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the educational experience.
• Foster a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a high school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum Nasional) and the Mathematics syllabus.
• Ability to break down complex mathematical concepts into easily understandable explanations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for inspiring and mentoring students.
• Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems such as Google Classroom, Edmodo, or similar platforms.
• Certification in Mathematics teaching (preferred but not mandatory).
