📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other technical products.,Collaborate with product development teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets industry standards.,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and readability.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and user guides.,Provide technical support to customers by answering queries and resolving issues through documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Creative and analytical thinking skills.,Experience with documentation management systems is a plus.
