PULSE Corporindo is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Warehouse Staff to join our team in Dili. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and efficient management of inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.,Manage and train junior warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and transactions.,Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and inventory control.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
