Tiong Seng Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Construction & Infrastructure team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects.,Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure project requirements are met.,Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.,Manage project budgets and financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.,Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.,Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction and infrastructure industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in project management software and tools.,Understanding of local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in Bali.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
