📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained.,Manage staff performance and training to meet operational goals.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses to ensure profitability.,Collaborate with the clinic management to ensure seamless integration between dental and restaurant services.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
