Hokian Bimo Auto Service is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cashier Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our business, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial activities. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Record and process all financial transactions accurately and promptly.,Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to financial transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
