📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Implement and track sales targets and promotions to drive revenue growth.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and train staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
