As a Production Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, overseeing inventory, and maintaining quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize production schedules to meet daily targets.,Oversee inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials and products.,Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Conduct regular quality checks on finished products.,Maintain and update production records and reports.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Good understanding of dental products and materials.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication skills in both written and verbal form.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
