📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and other commercial establishments to promote and sell Orang Tua Snacks products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any product-related inquiries or concerns.
• Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Attend regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and sales compliance.
• Use CRM software to track customer interactions and sales data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license for motorcycle.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
