📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the sales counter, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for customers.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote products and services to increase sales.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Proven track record of driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Bilingual (Indonesian and English) is a plus.,Previous experience in a retail or grocery environment is a plus.
