Mart New Corporindo is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our data analysis efforts, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and useful for making informed business decisions. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to provide insights that drive our business forward.

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve our business processes and decision-making.,Create and maintain data models and dashboards that provide real-time insights into our business performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using data-driven approaches.,Ensure that our data is accurate, complete, and secure, and that we are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and technology, and apply this knowledge to our business.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, communicating the insights and recommendations from our data analysis efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team of data analysts.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that have a positive impact on business performance.,Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools, such as AWS or Google Cloud.,Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for meetings and events.
