📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of outlet crew members, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Oversee daily outlet operations, including stock management, sales targets, and customer service standards.,Train and develop outlet crew members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on outlet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of outlet operations with overall business objectives.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels and product availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Lead Crew Outlet or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Proficient in using basic computer software and retail management systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
