As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations adhere to internal policies, regulations, and industry best practices. You will work closely with our management team to identify areas of improvement, conduct thorough audits, and provide actionable recommendations. With your expertise in auditing and a keen eye for detail, you will help us maintain a secure and efficient operation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of financial records, inventory management, and operational processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Identify areas of risk and inefficiency, and develop action plans to mitigate these issues.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management, providing clear and concise recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices, and ensure that our operations are always in compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on internal policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role in a retail or financial environment.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards relevant to the retail sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
