Moon Max Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Gowa. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and benefits information.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance management.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote work best practices.
