📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a fleet of delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for operations.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely deliveries.
• Train and mentor drivers on best practices for safety, fuel efficiency, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to fleet operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement strategies for improving fleet efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to maintain high standards of safety and performance.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance and operational metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet supervision or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce logistics industry, particularly in high-volume delivery environments.
• Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles.
