Star One Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Deputy Shop Assistant to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Shop Assistant in managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing store operations, including stock control, pricing, and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving any issues they may have.,Ensure the store is clean and organized, including restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and maintaining a tidy checkout area.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and ensure all sales are processed correctly.,Assist with inventory management, including counting stock, ordering new items, and reporting any discrepancies to the Shop Assistant.,Promote the store's products and services to customers, both in person and through social media.,Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist with any additional duties as required by the Shop Assistant or store management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software, including spreadsheet programs.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
