📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and workflows.,Monitor and report on production progress and quality.,Support the production team in maintaining safety and compliance standards.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
