📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.,Assess employee training needs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.,Collaborate with other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's overall strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
