As the Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and that they are following all health and safety regulations.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.,Monitor food and beverage costs and ensure that they are kept within budget.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, both inside and out.,Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.,Attend all staff meetings and participate in the decision-making process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.,Ability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
