📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Analyze candidate data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our hiring process.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure consistent and high-quality interactions with candidates.
• Leverage tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS to manage and optimize the candidate experience.
• Create and maintain comprehensive candidate journey maps to visualize and improve each touchpoint.
• Conduct regular audits and feedback sessions to gather insights from candidates and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry best practices in candidate experience and talent acquisition.
• Represent VA Masters as a thought leader in candidate experience within the retail and consumer products sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in candidate experience, recruitment, or a similar role in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of improving candidate engagement and satisfaction metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Certification in Candidate Experience (e.g., CCE - Certified Candidate Experience Professional) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
