📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in English and local language (Tetum).,Knowledge of financial management and reporting.,Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
