📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing excellent customer service.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all banquet services are delivered to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during banquet events.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during the event.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving banquet services and guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic event management software and tools.,Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
