Data Tech Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule follow-up interviews.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and interview guides.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
