Bahagia Wati Bakery is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Pematangsiantar. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing staff, and enhancing customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or bakery environment.,Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and have excellent interpersonal skills.
