📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.

Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained.

Train and develop store staff to meet performance standards.

Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Prepare and present regular reports to the management.

Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or store management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.

Must be willing to work in Ubud.
