📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Create and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, organize, and execute events, both online and offline, to showcase our brand's offerings.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content for marketing materials and event promotions.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital ads.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or event management, preferably in a creative or digital marketing role.
