Contract Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer contracts, including negotiation, drafting, and review.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contract performance and provide regular reports.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks.
• Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to resolve contract issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
• Assist in contract renewal and termination processes.
• Provide training and support to staff on contract management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with contract management software such as ContractWorks or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
